A photo or return may be required of the damaged item/s. Proof of purchase may be required in order to qualify for a full refund of the product. 


When will I receive my order?

Customer service is very important to us, we therefore want you to receive your order as quickly as possible.  We do all we can to ensure you receive your order within 10 days if you are in Australia or New Zealand and within 30 days if you are anywhere else in the world.

To keep your costs to a minimum we ship economy post. If it is urgent you get your order quickly please contact us on fruitysacks@fruitysacks.com to arrange priority post-for which there will be an additional fee.

Please let us know if you have any particular requirements for where your order can be placed.

What happens if the product I order is out of stock?

This is very unlikely but if it ever happens we will let you know asap and offer an alternative or a refund on that particular product or ask you if you wish to wait for your order to be sent once the product is received. We apolaogise if this happens and appreciate your understanding.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Absolutely and we cap the shipping charge at a flat fee of $2 plus $1 per item.
